Universal Manufacturing Inc.: Industrial 3D Animation Refresh

Several years ago, we completed an industrial 3D animation for Universal Manufacturing Inc. as you can see below.

Recently, we did an update without any model changes so this is a great showcase to show you how much technology has changed over the years for industrial 3D animations. That being said, it still took over a month to render this out @ roughly an hour and a half PER FRAME using a single i7 Quad core processor using low settings.

There are a few issues with this animation that showed-up due to the higher resolution possible as well as lighting – so it’s due for another refresh to fix the shadow issues which are jagged on the shop floor.
